For people with bleeding disorders, physical fitness is really important – it can be a way to keep muscles and joints strong and even prevent injuries and bleeds.  It’s important to look at your strengths and not just your limitations e.g., while you may have physical limitations that might affect playing a particular sport, you may have leadership skills that would make you a great team manager.  Being engaged in sport and community activities benefits the body and mind.
