What can you use for joint support?

Most joint support devices will offer only limited extra joint support (at best).

Having enough muscle stability and strength should be all you need.

Sometimes people who keep having ankle sprains may benefit from a prophylactic (preventative) ankle support brace. However, if you are relying on an assistive joint support device like a brace to participate in sports, then we would strongly recommend you discuss this with your Haemophilia Treatment Centre physiotherapist.
